Crossing Paths, from the sketchbook series 2008-2010. This is the 104th in a series of 110 freehand ink drawings made in a single sketchbook by the artist. Crossing Paths is a black and white ink abstract drawing combining shapes and elements from nature in a layered and complex manner.

Artist Statement Inspired by the world around me, I often bring shapes from nature into my work. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, art has always been an integral part of my life.
